About project
People’s development drives organizational and financial performance. The connection and alignment between corporate values and goals and the well-being of people are critical drivers to generating a competitive advantage. AwarPath helps to provide a custom educational plan for the employees and drives company growth.
Task
We define the main user goals and analyze the existing market with the client. We aimed to create a prototype for both sides: a mobile app for employees and a company management system. After that, we wanted to double-check our hypotheses with the market and win some investments.
Challenge
The challenging part is finding the balance between company goals, needs, and employees' personal achievements. Of course, people's development is our main goal. Their vision of growth is usually different from the company's vision. So, we need to design PDPs and metrics systems to track soft and hard skills growth by a learning department (LD) and each employee.
Results
Ultimately, we tested our MVP with end users, collected the feedback, and were ready to start the development process. Our system was designed to cover LD and HRD needs. Still, we make this product personalized and fit for small boutique companies and big corporates. Also, we have created an easy-to-use app for building behavior to grow skills daily.
