  • About project

    ThriveState is a leading real estate agency in Dubai. They help clients buy, sell, and manage properties. Their top team decided to digitalize all business processes for more effective assistance and high-level services, and that is where our journey began.

  • Task

    Our task was to cover 3 Whales: pipeline and lead management, analytics, and flexible user management. These three key areas are enough for the release of a successful MVP. From research to the first drafts, we must create useful solutions and test them on Prod in 3 months.

  • Challenge

    Our strategic goal is to create a complex solution with financial, property, and lead management modules. The challenge was to make a scalable design system and present it to the product team. The complex business logic and many integrations with messengers, emails, trackers, etc., make this puzzle more challenging. Close collaboration with agents was a game-changing advantage.

  • Results

    Quick start and positive feedback from the first users were signals for a continuous project. We have released the MVP after 3 months of productive work, and every 2 weeks since then, we present new features for the customer's team. Deep research, close collaboration with the dev team, and the high quality of our designs bring ThriveState to a new level.
