Creating e-learning experience for the European Commission

About project
European Commission provides active learning for employees and actively updates materials and how this learning is going. Seamless learning and knowledge sharing are the heart of this project.
Task
Our project was all about creating a platform for corporate training that's not only effective but also fun and engaging! The European Commission's learning dept should have been able to customize the courses according to their own needs. We aimed to make learning easy and enjoyable with games and activities that help users quickly pick up new skills they can use at work. We also added features like progress tracking, certificates, and prizes to keep learners motivated and engaged.
Challenge
The challenging part was to develop a highly adaptable design that could be easily and conveniently customized to meet the specific needs of each company. The design also had to be easy to understand and take into account the needs of all types of users, including those with special needs. (Including keyboard access and voice-over)
Results
Finally, our client received a platform with an easy-to-understand and inclusive design that can be easily adapted to different devices. The platform also allows for customizing key colors to match each user company's brand. It can be expanded by adding new activities as well. Learning takes place in a gamified form, with elements of real-life simulations of situations.
