About project
Our clients came to us with the idea of a modern CRM & ERP system. BiMP provides monitoring, control, optimization, and financial management services. The founders have a vision and +$300k of angel investments. Our mission was to breathe life into their idea.
Task
We start with idea validation and deep Discovery stages. Domain analysis, Market and Audience research was our first task for this project. It was a solid basis for creating a user-friendly app covering business needs. Next, we build a Modular design, allowing us to grow and expand functionality quickly.
Challenge
This app combines a lot of modules: financial, production, HoReCa, sales, etc. Our main challenge was to develop an electronic document management system connected to the clients, projects, and managers. Our system allows tracking all the records in one place and all the KPI of the sales department in one place. Also, we provide a wide range of budgeting, financial planning, and efficiency tracking tools.
Results
Our team has created the design and all the developers' technical documentation. During this project, we have supported the dev team as Business Analysts and Designers. For now, 100+ companies already use BiMP as the primary tool, and we cover 15+ industries (beauty, different types of production and crafting, agencies, etc.).
